Station Mill Health & Fitness has had a fabulous studio opening week and it feels so good to be welcoming people into our studios.
Some of the highlights have been the full Performance Cycling classes and Scott wins the distance award cycling over 130KM since Monday!
Amanda’s Pilates classes have been full and a great success, and we have some fab new teachers 😊, going into next week classes are already looking full (eek yay after 5 long empty months we are a very happy team here at SM)
The highlight of my week was the Men’s Yoga. It was a stunning setting a gap in the clouds meant that we watched the sunset slowly behind the studio, and we had a great time. It was fun, strong, we smiled and the atmosphere was really great, how a yoga class should be!
