Taking up running can seem like a scary prospect, especially if you feel out of shape or unfit. Our Couch to 5K programme will help you gradually work up towards running 5km in just 8 weeks.
We are offering 12 FREE spots starting from 7th December. This 8-week course is open to everybody, no experience necessary. Our running coach, Jack Mills will lead you through a carefully structured training plan to enable you to run the initial goal of 5km within the 8 weeks.
We will meet at Station Mill Health & Fitness every Tuesday at 1845 for activation/warm-up, ready for a 1900 start. Due to the darker nights we will provide you with a hi-vis harness, however a head touch would be required.
