From the moment you book in for your onboarding session you will feel connected and supported. We don’t expect you to remember how to use equipment, and as ours is state-of-the-art we expect to guide you through your programme. Our coaches spend the first session moving through the gym introducing equipment and discussing goals. From this a programme is built that our coaches ensure you understand and follow.
Assess and track your progress
A key feature in our arsenal of Gym Equipment is the Tanita or body composition machine. It enables us to record some baseline data including weight, body fat % and metabolic age. We believe that if you are not tracking you are guessing, we aim to review this with you every four weeks. Using the Mywellness App we can monitor your training programme ensuring your targets are in sight and you are progressing as you wish.
Ask for help
Our team of dedicated trainers are here to help you, demonstrating equipment, supporting programmes or to ask for general advice. We pride ourselves on the support we can offer you as a member. We like to keep close tabs on how you are getting on and if you are performing the exercises most effectively, NOBODY GETS LEFT BEHIND.
