Question: How do I provide feedback based on my experience?
Answer: In the first instance, please contact front of house directly in person or in writing at info@stationmill.co.uk
Question: Do I need to book for classes and gym access?
Answer: It’s always good to book ahead, because it means your spot in the class is guaranteed, and we’ll know how many people are going to be there. Once you’ve have your membership, you can book onto any class through the website or via the app, up to 5 days ahead.
Question: Where can I leave my bags and valuables?
Answer: In one of our many lockers located in our changing rooms. Bring a padlock or buy one from our front of house.
Question: Is there an age restriction at Station Mill?
Answer: We have allowed access to the gym floor for people who are ages 16 and above. We are allowing class access to people from the age of 14 as long as they are accompanied by an adult and the class is suitable.
Question: How do I cancel my membership?
Answer: If you wish to cancel or freeze your membership, please contact front of house directly at info@stationmill.co.uk. Please refer to terms of use for more details.
Question: What is your Covid-19 policy?

Question: Should I bring my own mat to pilates and yoga classes?
Answer: We have all the equipment you need, however it is advised you bring your own mat and blankets to our mind and body classes to mitigate against Covid-19
