Classes: Tues 1900 Candlelit Vinyasa & Sunday 0900 Strength Yoga (shared with Ro)

Lizzie discovered yoga 25 years ago when she lived in London, however it was when she was pregnant with her daughter Jessie that she really fell in love with it. Lizzie completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga London in 2020.  Benefitting from being taught by the amazing Lolly Stirk, Lizzie’s style is Vinyasa Flow.  Lizzie also brings with her a love of meditation that encourages her students to connect more deeply with themselves.   

Lizzie also has a passion for Ashtanga Yoga and a modified version of the Primary Series often makes its way into her classes for regular students improving strength, flexibility and balance.

Lizzie lives in Winchester with her beautiful daughters (12 & 15) and a black lab called Bailey. When she is not on the mat Lizzie loves to head up St Catherine’s Hill or potter in her herb garden. 

Lizzie is keen to point out that her Candlelit Vinyasa is a physical practise which generally follows a deeper theme, for example, the need to ground and become present, or the desire to feel more energetic. Her goal is to create harmony, to leave you more peaceful. 

The Sunday Class shared with Ro is a well rounded vinyasa practise; a great way to set intentions and release before the week ahead. 

Who enjoys her classes:  Lizzie attracts our stronger yoga members, however do not be fooled, her classes are open to all levels and she is always there to support the newer student in their practise.  Curious minds and strengthening bodies enjoy her sometimes demanding practise.
