Station Mill Members receive a wristwatch on signup, that alongside the downloaded mywellness app by Technogym, allows each member to track all of their activities, at the gym or outdoors, measuring kilometres travelled and calories burned. Results driven by data is an essential part of the working practise and beliefs held by the team at Station Mill. Equipment such as the Tanita provide the real-time analysis, as members benefit from their individualised programmes. Any tweaks and adjustments can be made and the coaching staff at Station Mill are always on hand to support and assist you on your wellness journey.
