We offer different types of Flow yoga, 6 days per week. A flow class links movement & breath.
A Flow & Restore class will perhaps begin or end with a fluid dynamic practise and use complementary restorative techniques to rebalance.
A Gentle Flow class is a softer class than a vinyasa practise and the technique more fluid, linking different asanas together in a mindful, re-energising way.
Hatha Flow is based in the Hatha practise, a form of yoga that traditionally does not always move fluidly, the flow element adds the soft touch to this class.
Open to all levels including beginner.
A practise with emphasis on alignment, building strength and flexibility. A class who’s teachers have a love of ashtanga vinyasa; be prepared to work.
Open to all levels.
Vinyasa links the body and the mind with the breath. Expect some challenges and a strong fluid practice.
You can expect to build up internal heat during this practice with a deep relaxation at the end of class.
Intermediate Class, previous experience advised.
A mindful practice, expect lots of props to support a deep yet soft stretch. Restorative energy calms the mind and is designed to draw your attention inwards leaving you refreshed and. fingers crossed, restored.

Hatha yoga practise is a practise linking breath and movement. This is an open level class, however expect some longer holds and some heat build up. Poses can be linked with a gentle flow or they may be static.
