Our Vinyasa classes will co-ordinate movement and breath, you can expect to build up internal heat during this practice with a deep relaxation at the end of class. Flora & Ro take these classes and work together to ensure their classes are attuned with one another.
A mindful practice with Flora, expect lots of props to support a deep yet soft stretch. Yin energy calms the mind, designed to draw your attention inwards. All levels welcome
