Our Vinyasa classes will co-ordinate movement and breath, you can expect to build up internal heat during this practice with a deep relaxation at the end of class. Ro take these classes, Sunday 1600 is the strongest of the two aimed primarily at intermediate level, Saturday 0900 is open to all levels.
A mindful practice with Alex, expect lots of props to support a deep yet soft stretch. Restorative energy calms the mind and is designed to draw your attention inwards, Alex often uses Chakra bowls to add the extra level of zen. All levels welcome.
