Beginning on Monday 6th September at 1815 Flora is going to take all those who would like to begin their yoga journey with us at Station Mill through 4 weeks of yoga. There is so much more to yoga than finding your downward dog and we would love to welcome you to yoga at Station Mill. Whether you would like to restart your practise or are interested in finding out about the benefits a yoga practise can give you this is the place to start.
On Wednesday 8th September at 1845 Ro will begin the Beginners Yoga for Men. Men’s Yoga follows the same format as a regular yoga class, with the fun and challenge that yoga asks of its practitioners. A space just for men seems to make tight hamstrings and inflexibility worries melt away. This beginners level introductory class is great for all men who are looking to dive into yoga and find out more.
