As we get back to work and school, we think you should get back to Class.
Classes support you through exercise challenges with teachers who can adjust and correct any posture imbalances or body technique. Our spaces curate a perfect exercise atmosphere whether its relaxation or high intensity we think once you return to class you will remember why it’s better together.

Performance Cycling Studio
Tucked away at the back of the cardio training suite is a room with 12 Skill Bikes by Technogym. Whether you simply wish to start a fun, exciting, fast way to burn calories and increase cardio exercise or you are a more experienced cyclist why not come and see what our studio can do for you?

Pilates & Barre Studio
On the first floor of the beautifully restored Mill you will find a peaceful studio with a ballet barre and ample space for Pilates and Barre. We have all the props and mats you will need so you just simply show up. With beginner level, classic and cardio based options available we are sure you will find the right fit.
New to Pilates why not try a Classic Mixed Class, Monday @ 0930 or Friday @ 1100
On the third floor we have the most beautiful loft, perfectly positioned to provide a calm, relaxing place to practise yoga. Equipped with props and mats Station Mill are continuing to provide a community focused yoga timetable Choose from a wide range of styles, beginners courses and workshops and allow yourself to discover the power of yoga.
