Knowing your own FTP enables you to track your progress, analyse rides and set accurate pacing strategies for training and competing. Your personalised programmes will be based upon FTP. Repeating the FTP every 6-8 weeks keeps training effective. Book in for one of our FTP sessions to get the most out of your training.
