Are you new to the club or just want to brush up on your technique? Then why not book onto a course for a deep dive into one of the disciplines we have on offer. These short courses will help you bring your knowledge up to scratch. The courses focus on the basics of each offering, helping you to learn the postures, positions and experiences to help you gain confidence.
They are designed in such a way that the classes build up week by week, when you feel confident enough you can join any of the other classes at a higher level, or stay in the intro course for another block. You define the pace.
