Four weeks today Station Mill Health & Fitness restarts its Class timetable. Take your pick from Performance Cycling, Yoga, Barre & Pilates. All with their dedicated spaces and professionally trained instructors classes at Station Mill are a fantastic addition to your gym routine.
Beginner, nervous or never tried it before? Station Mill’s desire is to get you in the studio and benefitting from our classes. All our class disciplines will have beginner levels available and we especially extend a welcome to new class users!
Performance Cycling classes are fun, exciting and you will burn the calories. Our trainers are friendly, enthusiastic and will inspire you to go that extra mile on the bike. There will be many events planned for our state-of-the-art cycling studio and we so look forward to getting you hooked!
Intermediate Yogi, Barre fanatic or Pilates diehard? We can promise that you will find the appropriate class that will stretch and redefine what you expect in the studio.

Launching from May 17th – June 1st Station Mill Health & Fitness will be operating an extended trial class timetable for non-members to try before they buy. We have multiple membership options available choose between Club or Mind & Body, we also have class packages and drop-in rates available.
