Jack brings his knowledge and love of running to Station Mill and has successfully started our Tuesday evening Run Club. The Station Mill Run Club is free to everyone and meets at 1845 in the Club for a 1900 start. Completing an average of 5-6 km around the local area there is no time pressure enabling you to run at your own pace. Jack recently took 6 people from couch to 5K in 12 weeks.
With an average of 10 runners each week, we would love to see new faces seeking to join a supportive, enthusiastic bunch of runners. There is no need to be a member and the club is free!
Jack’s goal this year is to complete the Ultra X Jordan, a 250KM, 5-day, multi staged, ultra across the Wadi Rum desert. As a PT and Coach Jack has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the gym, however he is also a big fan of running. Jack can help you; by building bespoke running plans, easing runners back into running, and if you are looking for a step-up, for example 10K to half-marathon Jack is the coach for you.
