Meet Naomi Butterworth, a classically trained, professional dancer turned Barre teacher, Naomi’s classes focus on improving and strengthening posture, realigning problematic areas and increasing muscular endurance. Enter our beautifully appointed, ultimate studio space on the first floor and start working out in these low impact, high intensity classes. Improving flexibility and agility and increasing cardio endurance, these classes are a great way to improve overall fitness.
Naomi has expertise in dance, yoga and gymnastic training and strongly believes the benefits of these type of exercises can help everyone in all sports.
You can find Naomi in the Studio on Fridays at 0800 & 0930 and on a Saturday at 0930.
