We are introducing a new Beginners Yoga Class every Tues at 11:15 in the first floor studio. This class is complimentary for all our Gym, CLUB and Mind & Body members. This class is led by Ro who is in the last stage of her 580 Yoga Therapy training, after teaching for over ten years. The classes are open to all our members and are suited for those who wish to add some stretching into their gym routines. For those of you curious as to what yoga entails this is a supportive, slow paced class, where different aspects of yoga are gently explored. Ro teaches a variety of styles and these are incorporated and explained as they are introduced. There is no need to be a regular, drop -ins are very welcome.
