Friday Yoga has become very popular here at Station Mill. 

Natalie starts the day at 0930.  Natalie teaches a creative, fun, fluid yoga and her class is the perfect way to begin the end of your weel. 

Laura has recently taken over the Mindful Yoga spot at 1200.  Laura is a Seasonal Yoga teacher. Seasonal Yoga is a mindful practice combining traditional forms of Yoga and Qigong, inspired by ancient Chinese and Indian health systems. It is a gentle practice for all abilities, specifically designed to send energy flowing through the meridian lines (energy pathways of the body).

And now we are keen to introduce Sally’s Vinyasa Class at 1730. Starting on Friday 14th June, Sally promises to bring plenty of energy to the end of your week and set you up for the weekend.
