This week we have welcomed Helen Ashcroft to our first floor studio.
As an enthusiastic and energetic fitness instructor committed to bringing my passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle to others – I took time to invest in my newest passion (Pilates) and received my Pilates Instructor Certification from Fitness First in 2022. I strive to honor the teachings of Joseph Pilates and Contrology, while staying current with contemporary research.
I am also a Personal Trainer and Sports Masseuse, and I have two beautiful children which keep me very busy!
Through Personal Training and Pilates, I have helped people of all ages and backgrounds to improve their posture, balance, strength, to rehabilitate after surgery, improve athletic performance, and mums post-partum too!
I look forward to helping you move safely and effectively through the versatility of movements.
You will find Helen teaching 18.15 Pilates class on Wednesdays.
