Station Mill Health & Fitness is open from 06:00 a.m. on April 12th. We are so excited and can’t wait to see you at the gym!
Current members can book online, as before. Our coaching staff are always on hand (and raring to go!) to help get you back into the swing of things, but if you need a refresher why not book an hour’s PT session? With one of our coaches you know you are in safe hands and, on us, why wait? Just ask at reception.
Our Open Day programme will run from 12th – 25th April for new prospective gym members to take a tour and meet with our dedicated coaching staff.
Throughout April we are offering all new members a one-hour PT session, on us, to kickstart your return to the gym. Please either come in, call or contact us via email.
