One of Station Mill’s greatest assets is the beautiful loft conversion on the third floor which houses Station Mill Yoga.  A place where you can find your breath, reset, re-energise, and make time for yourself.  Our teachers are hand-picked, certified and accredited and are here to introduce you to or deepen your practise on the mat.

We do not expect you to be super-flexible, or even at all flexible!  Yoga is for everyone and all our yoga teachers ask of you is to come with an open-mind ready to explore.  We understand that entering a class for the first time can make you feel a little nervous or uncomfortable, but know that you will be supported and assisted throughout your classes.  Yoga is far more than an exercise, far more than a moving meditation, it’s the unity of body and breath and it’s the exploration of how far we can resist, hold, let go into ourselves.

Our hand-picked instructors, our beautiful location, our small class sizes and individual attention.  Our instructors are all different and you may need to explore to find the right fit.  Front of House can offer advice and point you in the right direction.

Take a look at our online timetable, and if you are a member book online to try a new class. Not a member? Contact the Front Desk and we will book you in, class packages or drop-in rates are available.  £15 per class drop in. £65 for 5 class passes, £120 for ten.
